A fine-aged low alcohol drink made with water from the Izarraitz Massif in the Basque
Country and the rare Japanese variety Asatsuyu. It is named Gyokuro Tennen when the leaves of this variety are kept in the shade for a few weeks, lending to savoury umami edge. This is then balance with organic elderberry extract balancing the more intense tones of this variety and creating Ama's first ever rosé cuvée. This is made in very limited quantities so get it while you can! A complex harmony of dry red berry, vegetal aromas and earthy undertones.
