Vischoqueña is a natural hybrid indigenous to Bolivia. The fruit here is sourced from untrained vines growing at vertiginous 2400m of altitude. These often grow up the local Peppercorn trees, fully embracing it's natural form as climbers. The intense climate conditions and the wild nature of the vines mean yields are tiny creating incredibly expressive styles. Notes of cherry, dried blueberry fruit, orange zest and struck match come to mind. Powerful aromatics and delicate body.
