1. Tanca Els Ulls Malvasia 2022, Catalunya, Spain
From a family run estate situated just north of Tarragona. This comes from a special single plot which is very well exposed to the sea breezes of the region providing freshness and purity. Crisp gentle white pears, lemon zest, wet stones and salty edge.

2. Domaine de Cocagne 'Premiére Goutte' Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Loire, France
 The skilled and passionate pair Clarisse and Benjamin run a small estate of 4.5 hectares in Rivarennes where the Loire river meets the Indre river. They create elegant monovarietal wines that perfectly capture the cool climate valley and the flint, clay soils. Their Sauvignon Blanc is aged in neutral old wood and has elegant white pears, and gentle apricot fruit with a nice juicy roundness on the palate and great mineral depth.

 3. Kleines Gut 'Vin de Soif White' 2023, Württemberg, Germany
A vibrant new white from this wonderful project in Stuttgart run by Frederike and Daniel. They farm their land by focusing on regenerative practices in the aim to restore the soils health and foster a balance ecosystem. The Vin de Soif Blanc is a big blend of Riesling, Silvaner, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Johanniter. Some of the grapes are added whole to the juice of Johanniter and Riesling. This provides a nice crunch and texture from the contact with the skins. Think beautiful orange pith jasmine and tropical tones, in a juicy moreish style. 

4. Samtavisi Chinuri Qvevri White, Kartli, Georgia
Samtavisi Marani is a project of artist turned vigneron Mamuka Kikvadze, who inspired by local natural wine talented winemakers decide to dedicate to viticulture and planted 2ha of indigenous varieties. In this cuvée Mamuka opts to showcase the vibrant Chinuri variety in a more modern style. This sees no skin contact but it is still aged in the tradition Qvevri (clay pots).

5. Wein Goutte 'Pasta Buzz' 2022, Franken, Germany
A fun blend of Müller-Thurgah, Bacchus, Muscaris, Pinot Blanc, Johanniter and Silvaner. Some varieties are processed as a white whilst others with contact with the skins providing texture and depth. Emily and Cristoph's wines are as fun and energetic as the beautifully curated labels suggest. This orange is packed with ripe stone fruit, sweet spices, green herbs and lovely mineral texture. 

6. Valdisole 'Armonia' 2022, Piedmont, Italy
The skin contact styles from this producer never disappoint, offering a fresh take on Piedmontese styles. The 'Armonia' is made with a blend of Arneis and a splash of Moscato. A juicy orange with notes of candied apricot, hint of caramel, sweet spices, green herbs and a chalky mineral texture.
