1. Domaine Myrsini Mandilaria 'Kyklops' 2023, Paros, Greece
Domaine Myrsini is run by dynamic French couple Marie-Astrid and Nicolas, who have decided to leave everything behind to relocate to the charming Greek island of Paros. They now are hands on tending their own vines and collaborating with local farmers to bring you some incredibly unique styles, always focusing on the indigenous varieties of the island. This Mandilaria sparkling is a white sparkling made with a red grape, combining freshness and spicy notes perfectly. Warm stone fruit, citrus tones, dried leaves and scrubbed herbs come to mind.

Puro Rofe, created from 100-year-old vines across Lanzarote’s unique terroirs, is a stunning expression of the island’s character. 3. Wein Goutte Schwarzriesling 'Du Bist Du' 2021, Franken, Germany
Wein Goutte! 'Du Bist Du' is a creation Emily Campeau and Christoph Müller, two passionate winemakers who moved to Franken, Germany, to start their project. Crafted from Schwarzriesling (Pinot Meunier) grown on Gipskeuper soils, the wine comes from a single vineyard planted in the 90s. Fragrant notes of raspberry and red cherry blend with pine needle aromas, creating an elegant and crunchy wine that reflects the duo's meticulous, hands-on approach.

4. Valdisole Nebbiolo 'Amos' 2020, Piedmont, Italy
Giuseppe and Kyriaki’s small estate in Corneliano d'Alba is dedicated to crafting artisan wines that honor tradition while exploring new expressions. Amos is their Nebbiolo, made with hand-harvested grapes and aged in stainless steel to maintain purity and freshness. This pale, fragrant wine offers aromas of bergamot, wild currants, rose petal, prune and sandalwood. The tannins are textured and balanced by fresh acidity, making for a beautifully elegant and vibrant expression of this classic grape. Perfect Christmas wine!
