Quinta da Boavista dates back to the 1700s and is family affair set in Dão's granite mountains. The project has been taken over by the Tavares de Pina family who have bravely farmed organically since then and have always worked with the expressive local varieties. This rosé is packed with sour cherry, apricot fruit and scrubbed herbs. Unique and fun with generous fruit and spice that can stand up to a meal.
